Legislation

Each year, YPM debates five bills: three prepared by members of Cabinet (five prior to 2023, six prior to 2019), and two written during Session with the input of backbenchers.

The three bills drafted by Cabinet each year can be found below.

N.B.: The content of these bills do not necessarily reflect the viewpoints of YPM or the volunteers who wrote them. They are drafted with the intention of being contentious and to stimulate debate at a mock parliament.
