Eligibility
All Manitoban youth who are between the ages of 16-20 as of Dec. 31 of this calendar year are eligible to attend Winter Session.
Applicants from Outside Manitoba
If you are a member in good standing of a youth parliament from outside of Manitoba, you may be eligible to attend. Contact our Minister of External Affairs using the form below for more information.
